7 and Older
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
6pm – 7:30 pm

Pee Wee
Monday and Tuesday
6pm – 7:30pm

NOTE
Please bring the following items daily:
- [ ] Personal Water Bottle (preferably not prepackaged water bottle)
- [ ] Yoga Mat
- [ ] Running Shoes
- [ ] Spikes
